(NYSE: SUN) declared a cash dividend for the first quarter of 2009 of 30.0 cents per share on all full shares of common stock outstanding, payable March 10, 2009 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 9, 2009. The dividend on Sunoco common stock is unchanged from the previous quarter.
