Sun Communities, Inc. (NYSE: SUI) announced its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.63 per share for the second quarter of 2009. The dividend is payable July 23, 2009 to shareholders of record July 13, 2009. Sun Communities has 18.6 million shares outstanding.
To receive the dividend, you must own the shares prior to July 9th.
