State Auto Financial Corp (NASDAQ: STFC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on June 29, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 13, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 11, 2012.
