(NASDAQ: RBI) approved and declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.025 per share on the Company's common stock for the first quarter of fiscal 2009, which ends September 30, 2008. The quarterly cash dividend is payable on October 31, 2008, to all stockholders of record on the close of business on October 13, 2008.
