Spectra Energy Corp (NYSE: SE) today declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.25 per share. The dividend is payable September 14, 2009, to shareholders of record at the close of business August 14, 2009.
To receive the dividend, you must own the shares prior to August 12th.
