Sovran Self Storage, Inc. (NYSE: SSS) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.45 per common share, payable on July 27, 2009 to Shareholders of record on July 13, 2009.
This quarter's dividend represents a 29.7% reduction from the $0.64 dividend reported in the last quarter.
The dividend now yields 7.22%, down from 10.27% previously.
