Southwest Gas Corporation (NYSE: SWX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.295 per share, or $1.18 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on March 1, 2013, to stockholders of record on February 15, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of February 13, 2013.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.8 percent.
