Southwest Airlines Co. (NYSE: LUV) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.01 per share, or $0.04 annualized. This is a 122.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.0045.
The dividend will be payable on June 20, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 6, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 4, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 0.5 percent.
