South Jersey Industries (NYSE: SJI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.5025 per share, or $2.01 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 2, 2015, to stockholders of record on June 10, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of June 8, 2015.
