Sonic Corp (NASDAQ: SONC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share, or $0.44 annualized. This is a 22.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.09.

The dividend will be payable on November 20, 2015, to stockholders of record on November 11, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of November 6, 2015.
