SkyWest, Inc. (Nasdaq: SKYW) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.04 per common share for shareholders of record on June 30, 2009, and payable July 6, 2009. The Board of Director's regular quarterly dividend policy is based upon the Company's strong financial condition and confidence in the Company's ability to pay a regular quarterly dividend.
To receive the dividend, you must own the shares of SkyWest prior to June 26th.
