Signet Jewelers (NYSE: SIG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, or $0.48 annualized. This is a 20% increase from the prior dividend of $0.10.
The dividend will be payable on May 29, 2012, to stockholders of record on April 27, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of April 25, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 0.9 percent.
