Sigma-Aldrich Corp (NASDAQ: SIAL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.215 per share, or $0.86 annualized. This is a 7.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.20.
The dividend will be payable on March 15, 2013, to stockholders of record on March 1, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of February 27, 2013.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.1 percent.
