Sierra Bancorp (NASDAQ: BSRR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, or $0.48 annualized. This is a 9.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.11.

The dividend will be payable on February 18, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 4, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of February 2, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.9 percent.
