Servidyne (Nasdaq: SERV) today reported that the Board has declared a cash dividend in the amount of $0.038 per share, payable on January 2, 2009, to shareholders of record on December 17, 2008.
In addition, the Company announced that the Board of Directors has increased the authorization to repurchase the Company's common stock to 100,000 shares during the twelve-month period ending March 5, 2009. Prior to this action, the Company's maximum buyback authorization was 50,000 shares
Servidyne, Inc., together with its subsidiaries, provides energy efficiency solutions, sustainability programs, and other building performance-enhancing products and services to companies that own and operate buildings.
