Seagate Technology (NASDAQ: STX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.32 per share, or $1.28 annualized. This is a 28% increase from the prior dividend of $0.25.
The dividend will be payable on August 29, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 14, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 10, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 4.2 percent.
