Schawk, Inc. (NYSE: SGK) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.01 per common share, payable on July 24, 2009, to Schawk, Inc. Class A common stockholders of record as of July 10, 2009.
The dividend represents a 25% reduction from its previously issued dividend of $0.0325 per share.
With shares of Schawk closing at $7.36 yesterday, the dividend is yielding 0.54%.
