Sabra Health Care REIT (SBRA) Raises Quarterly Dividend 3% to $0.34; 6% Yield

SABRA HC REIT (NASDAQ: SBRA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.34 per share, or $1.36 annualized. This is a 3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.33.

The dividend will be payable on February 28, 2013, to stockholders of record on February 15, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of February 13, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6 percent.
