Sabine Royalty Trust UBI (NYSE: SBR) declared a monthly dividend of $0.32546 per share, or $3.90552 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on November 29, 2012, to stockholders of record on November 15, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of November 13, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 8.2 percent.
