SPX Corporation (NYSE: SPW) today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per common share payable on July 2, 2009, to shareholders of record on June 15, 2009.
In order to receive the dividend, investors must own the stock at least one day prior to the ex-dividend date of June 11.
The dividend yields 2.20%.
