S.Y. Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: SYBT), parent company of Stock Yards Bank & Trust Company, with offices in the Louisville metropolitan area, Indianapolis and Cincinnati, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per common share. The dividend will be paid on July 1, 2009, to stockholders of record as of June 15, 2009.
To receive the dividend, you must own the shares of S.Y. Bancorp prior to June 11th.
