S&T Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: STBA) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per common share, payable July 24, 2009 to shareholders of record on June 30, 2009. The ex-dividend date is June 26.
The most recent dividend represents a 51.6% drop in the dividend rate from the $0.31 declared in the first quarter of 2009.
The dividend yield falls from 9.39% to 4.53%.
