Rouse Properties (NYSE: RSE) initiated a quarterly dividend of $0.07 per share, or $0.28 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on July 30, 2012, to stockholders of record on July 16, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of July 12, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.1 percent.
