Rocky Mountain Choc Fact, Inc. (NASDAQ: RMCF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share, or $0.44 annualized. This is a 10% increase from the prior dividend of $0.10.
The dividend will be payable on June 8, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 24, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of May 22, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 4.4 percent.
