Rent-A-Center (NASDAQ: RCII) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.24 per share, or $0.96 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 23, 2015, to stockholders of record on April 2, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of March 31, 2015.
