RenaissanceRe (NYSE: RNR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized. This is a 3.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.29.

The dividend will be payable on March 31, 2015, to stockholders of record on March 13, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of March 11, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.2 percent.
