Regions Financial Corp. (RF) Raises Quarterly Dividend 66.7% to $0.05; 1.9% Yield; $350M Stock Buyback

Regions Financial Corp. (NYSE: RF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share, or $0.2 annualized. This is a 66.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.03. The dividend will be payable on July 1, 2014, to stockholders of record on June 13, 2014. The annual yield on the dividend is 1.9 percent.

The company also authorized an equity repurchase program for up to $350 million of the company’s common stock.
