Rayonier Inc. REIT (NYSE: RYN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.44 per share, or $1.76 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on March 28, 2013, to stockholders of record on March 14, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of March 12, 2013.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.2 percent.
