Radian Group Inc. (NYSE: RDN) announced today that the company's Board of Directors approved a regular quarterly dividend on its common stock in the amount of $0.0025 per share, or $0.01 annualized.
The dividend is payable on December 23, 2009, to stockholders of record as of November 23, 2009. The ex-dividend date is November 19, 2009.
Yield on the dividend is 0.1%.
