The RLI Corp. (NYSE: RLI) board of directors has declared a fourth quarter cash dividend of $0.28 per common share, or $1.12 annualized. The dividend represents a 4% increase over the prior quarter.
The dividend is payable on January 15, 2010, to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2009. Te ex-dividend date is December 29, 2009.
