Quaker Chemical Corp. (NYSE: KWR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.24 per share, or $0.96 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on April 30, 2012, to stockholders of record on April 16, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of April 12, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.5 percent.
