QAD Inc. (Nasdaq: QADI), a leading provider of enterprise software solutions for global manufacturers, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.025 per share of common stock, $0.10 annualized.
The dividend is payable on January 10, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 30, 2010. The ex-dividend date is November 26, 2010.
Yield on the dividend is 2.4%.
