QAD, Inc. (QADI) Declares $0.06 Quarterly Dividend; 4.6% Yield
QAD Inc. (Nasdaq: QADI), a leading provider of enterprise software solutions for global manufacturers, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.06 per Class A common share, $0.24 annualized.
The dividend is payable on April 25, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 15, 2011. The ex-dividend date is March 11, 2010.
Yield on the dividend is 4.6%.
