Public Service Enterprise Group (PEG) (NYSE: PEG) has declared a quarterly dividend of 33.25 cents per common share, or $1.33 annualized.
The dividend will be paid on or before December 31, 2009, to stockholders of record on December 9, 2009. The ex-dividend date is December 9, 2009.
Yield on the dividend is 4.2%.
Public Service Enterprise Group Incorporated, through its subsidiaries, engages in the transmission, distribution, and sale of electric energy and natural gas to commercial, residential, and industrial customers primarily in the Northeastern and Mid Atlantic United States.
