Prudential Financial, Inc. (NYSE: PRU) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared an annual dividend for 2009 of $0.70 per share of Common Stock.
The dividend is payable on December 18, 2009, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 24, 2009. The ex-dividend date is November 20, 2009.
Yield on the dividend is 1.4%.
