ProAssurance Corp. (NYSE: PRA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, or $1 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on April 11, 2013, to stockholders of record on March 29, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of March 26, 2013.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.1 percent.
