ProAssurance Corp. (NYSE: PRA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, or $1 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on July 11, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 27, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 25, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.1 percent.
