Praxair, Inc. (NYSE: PX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.60 per share, or $2.4 annualized. This is a 9.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.55.
The dividend will be payable on March 15, 2013, to stockholders of record on March 7, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of March 5, 2013.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.1 percent.
