Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan Inc. announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of US $0.10 per share, or $0.40 annualized.
The dividend is payable February 11, 2010 to shareholders of record January 21, 2010. The ex-dividend date is January 19, 2009.
Yield on the dividend is 0.4%.
