PolyOne Corp. (NYSE: POL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share, or $0.2 annualized. This is a 25% increase from the prior dividend of $0.04.
The dividend will be payable on April 5, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 14, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 12, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.4 percent.
