Polaris Industries Inc. (NYSE: PII) today announced the declaration of a regular quarterly $0.39 per share cash dividend, or $1.56 annualized.
The dividend is payable on November 16, 2009 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 2, 2009. The ex-dividend date is October 30, 2009.
Yield on the dividend is 3.2%.
Polaris designs, engineers, manufactures and markets off-road vehicles (ORVs), including all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) and the Polaris RANGER(TM), snowmobiles and Victory motorcycles for recreational and utility use and has recently introduced a new on-road electric powered neighborhood vehicle.
The dividend is payable on November 16, 2009 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 2, 2009. The ex-dividend date is October 30, 2009.
