Plains All American Pipeline L.P. (NYSE: PAA) declared a quarterly distribution of $1.065 per share, or $4.26 annualized. This is an 8.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.9825.

The dividend will be payable on August 14, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 3, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 1, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.2 percent.
