PepsiCo, Inc. (NYSE: PEP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.5375 per share, or $2.15 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on March 29, 2013, to stockholders of record on March 1, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of February 27, 2013.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3 percent.
PepsiCo has paid consecutive quarterly cash dividends since 1965. Since the start of 2002, PepsiCo has returned more than $50 billion to shareholders in the form of dividends and share repurchases.
