PepsiAmericas, Inc. (NYSE: PAS) approved a fourth quarter 2008 dividend of $0.135 per share on PepsiAmericas common stock. The dividend is payable January 2, 2009 to shareholders of record on December 15, 2008. The board reviews the dividend policy on a quarterly basis.
