PennyMac MIT (NYSE: PMT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.55 per share, or $2.2 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on May 31, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 16, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of May 14, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 11.1 percent.
