Pennichuck Corporation (NASDAQ: PNNW) today announced that the Company's Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.175 per share, or $0.70 annualized.
The dividend is payable on December 1, 2009 to shareholders of record as of November 16, 2009. The ex-dividend date is November 12, 2009.
Yield on the dividend is 3%.
Pennichuck Corporation, through its subsidiaries, engages in the collection, storage, treatment, and distribution of potable water for domestic, industrial, commercial, and fire protection service in New Hampshire.
