Paulson Capital Corp (NASDAQ: PLCC) declared a special dividend of $0.15 per share.
The dividend will be payable on December 28, 2012, to stockholders of record on December 14, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of December 12, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 18.8 percent.
