Parkway Properties, Inc. (NYSE: PKY) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.325 per common share, or $1.30 annualized.
The dividend is payable on December 30, 2009, to shareholders of record of Common Stock on December 16, 2009. The ex-dividend date is December 11, 2009.
Yield on the dividend is 6.9%.
