Oxford Lane Capital (NASDAQ: OXLC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.55 per share, or $2.2 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on June 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 29, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 27, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 16.1 percent.
