Owens & Minor, Inc. (NYSE: OMI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.24 per share, or $0.96 annualized. This is a 9.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.22.
The dividend will be payable on March 29, 2013, to stockholders of record on March 15, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of March 13, 2013.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.1 percent.
